Job summary

Future Skills in Auckland is seeking a Campus and Student Services Coordinator based at the New Albany Campus. You will be the first point of contact for youth learners, families and stakeholders, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting youth enrolments.

Your responsibilities include assisting with recruitment planning to meet funding targets, processing enrolment applications, coordinating events and orientation, and providing pastoral care support to students.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience with administrative and front-desk operations
• Experience with student enrolments or related field is preferable
• Experience working with youth in pastoral care environment is favourable
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service as front-of-house and first contact for learners, families and stakeholders
• Contribute to recruitment planning to enable achievement of youth guarantee funding targets
• Provide timely information for potential and current youth learners to support enrolments
• Process student enrolment applications in a timely and seamless manner
• Support planning and delivery of events, orientation, network or alumni events
• Act as first point of contact for campus life queries and general support
• Support our Pastoral Care Specialist with pastoral care to youth students
