Hingaia Peninsula School in Auckland is seeking a Year 7–8 Pedagogical Leader to start Term 1, 2027. The role includes 2 MU and 0.1 leadership release. A Sports Coordinator option is available with 0.1 release and 1MU.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Year 7 and 8 team of six teachers inclusive of the technology programme; build a positive, dynamic team.
• Model strong culturally responsive teaching; implement curriculum, assessment, UDL and evidence-informed practice.
• Design engaging, localised learning experiences that empower students and promote agency.
• Provide strong academic and pastoral leadership with student wellbeing at the centre.
• Build respectful partnerships with students, staff, whānau and the HPS community.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to progress school priorities and model values.
