Job summary

Role and responsibilities

As the Year 7/8 Team Leader, you will not only lead your team but also model best practices in teaching and learning. You will be responsible for supporting and mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality education for all students in your team.

We are looking for a leader who:

• Has a strong understanding of the New Zealand curriculum, holds a NZ teacher registration and NZ work visa.
• Has some knowledge of the IB PYP framework, but this is not essential - we are keen to grow learners and leaders here at Mt Pleasant
