Qualifications

• We are seeking an exceptional pedagogical leader to build teacher capability and strengthen classroom practice across the Middle School.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practical implementation of the Effective Teacher Profile through shared practices, professional learning, modelling and coaching.
• Work with senior leaders to translate best-evidence pedagogy into practical classroom approaches.
• Maintain exemplary teaching practice and use learner data to guide improvement.
• Provide targeted pedagogical leadership and instructional coaching to teachers across Years 9-10.
