Metlifecare Limited is seeking a friendly receptionist for a permanent part-time role at Orchards Village, Glenfield, Auckland. You will be the first point of contact for residents, staff, contractors and visitors, providing welcoming reception and administrative support to enable smooth service delivery.

You will bring enthusiasm for customer service, a can-do attitude, and be a reliable team player who helps maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the village, reflecting our high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Professionally welcomes visitors and answers calls and queries in a warm manner.
• Ensures the Reception area is neat and tidy.
• General administrative tasks and team support.
• Monitor Health & Safety issues as required.
• First responder for call bells.
• Current First Aid certificate or willingness to gain one.
