Job summary

Latitude Financial Services in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Weighbridge Operator to manage weighbridge and cashier tasks while helping customers with queries and promoting a safe, solution-driven workplace.

You will deliver face-to-face, phone, and email support, handle data entry and ticket processing, maintain accurate cash handling and product grading, and contribute to site safety and process improvements. Weekend shifts on a rotating basis are required.

Qualifications
