Endura Mining is seeking a Customer Service Administrator/Weighbridge Operator to ensure accurate weighbridge and cashier operations while delivering exceptional customer service on site. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the face of our site—ensuring seamless weighbridge and cashier operations, supporting customers with queries, and promoting a safe, solution-oriented workplace. This is more than a desk job; it’s a critical role where your communication skills, accuracy, and drive to improve the customer experience will shine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform weighbridge and cashier tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face, phone, and email customer service
  • Support the team with customer inquiries, data entry, and ticket processing
  • Maintain excellent cash handling and product grading practices
  • Contribute to site safety, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and handling cash
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
Required Skills
  • Experience in the metals or recycling industry (Not essential)
  • Customer Service Administration Experience
  • Cash Handling Experience.
