Job summary

Upeducation’s Yoobee Christchurch Campus seeks a proactive Campus Coordinator for weekend operations. You’ll be the go-to contact Friday to Monday, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment and helping with student IDs, access, and teaching space setup.

You’ll work with security and the Yoobee International team to deliver a positive weekend experience for Master’s students, reporting to the Campus Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house, customer service, student services or campus operations.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for students, staff and visitors during weekend campus operations.
• Prepare classrooms, learning spaces and student amenities for weekend teaching.
• Support student administration including IDs and campus access; respond to enquiries.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
• Work with campus security to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Support student administration requirements, including passport/visa verification when needed.
• Maintain accurate campus records and reporting; support facilities and Health & Safety processes.
