Job summary

Yoobee Colleges Auckland CBD campus is seeking a proactive Campus Coordinator – Weekend Operations to ensure a welcoming, safe and well-organised environment for students, lecturers and visitors. You’ll manage student IDs, campus access and classroom readiness during weekend delivery of Master’s programmes.

Reporting to the Campus Manager, you’ll work across student services, administration and campus operations, collaborating with security and Yoobee International to support a positive weekend

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house, customer service, student services, hospitality or campus operations.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, independent and able to use initiative.
• Clear communication and ability to build relationships with diverse people.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Willingness to obtain a First Aid Certificate if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors during weekend campus operations.
• Ensure classrooms, learning spaces and student amenities are prepared for weekend teaching.
• Support student administration, including IDs and campus access.
• Respond to general enquiries and day-to-day issues on campus.
• Collaborate with campus security to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Support Yoobee International with student administration, including passport and visa verification.
• Maintain accurate campus records and reporting, and assist facilities and safety tasks.
