Job summary

Yoobee College of Creative Innovation – Christchurch Campus is seeking a proactive Campus Coordinator for Weekend Operations to support the smooth running of the campus during Master’s programme delivery.

You’ll work Friday to Monday as the first point of contact, handling student IDs, access, teaching spaces and enquiries, and you’ll collaborate with security, academic staff and Yoobee International to deliver a welcoming weekend campus.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house, customer service or campus operations.
• Strong admin and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, able to work independently and use initiative.
• Ability to juggle priorities and respond calmly to issues.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and tech systems.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and safe campus practices.
• Experience in tertiary education or student services is valuable.
• Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for students, staff and visitors during weekend campus operations.
• Ensure classrooms, spaces and amenities are prepared for weekend teaching.
• Support student administration, including IDs and campus access.
• Respond to general enquiries and troubleshoot day-to-day issues.
• Work with campus security to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist Yoobee International with student administration needs, including visa verification.
• Maintain accurate campus records and reporting, and support health & safety requirements.
