Fulton Hogan Limited invites applications for a Site Engineer - Water in Hawke’s Bay. You will support water, wastewater and stormwater projects from planning through delivery, coordinating with site teams and project managers to ensure timely handover and quality outcomes.

You will liaise with clients and authorities, manage documentation, and maintain a strong safety and delivery discipline on site. This role offers variety, responsibility, and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid working relationships with clients, contractors, local authorities and internal teams.
• Sound understanding of site delivery, project coordination and the practical requirements of working across live infrastructure or civil construction environments.
• A proactive, accountable approach, good attention to detail, and the confidence to take ownership while still being open to learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater projects from planning through to completion.
• Work closely with managers, site teams and wider project teams to achieve practical project outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities throughout project delivery.
• Help manage project quality, documentation, contractual requirements and handover for ongoing operations.
• Contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality delivery on site and in the field.
