Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Hawke’s Bay is seeking a Site Engineer - Water to help deliver essential water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure for local communities now and into the future. The role covers planning through to handover on diverse 3 waters projects.

You will work with managers, site teams and clients, ensure on-site safety, quality and timely delivery, and build strong working relationships with contractors and local authorities while applying practical civil engineering skills on live

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in water, wastewater or stormwater projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, contractors and authorities.
• Proactive, accountable with good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to safety, quality and delivering durable works.
• Full Class 1 driver licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater projects from planning through to completion.
• Collaborate with managers, site teams and project teams to achieve practical outcomes.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities during project delivery.
• Help manage project quality, documentation and handover for ongoing operations.
• Contribute to safe, efficient and high-quality site delivery.
