Citycare Water is seeking a Water/Drainage Technician for Stratford to repair and maintain 3 Waters networks and support essential community water services. The role is hands-on, on-site, and based in Stratford, NZ, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in the industry, a full Class 1 licence (manual driving), and a willingness to participate in on-call rosters. Class 2 and WTR are advantageous; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in water/drainage or related field.
• Health & safety conscious with on-call roster willingness.
• Full Class 1 licence; manual driving capability essential; Class 2 and WTR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain 3 Waters networks.
• Work within small supportive teams.
• Complete reinstatement works and infrastructure upgrades.
• Varied, dynamic work; no two days are the same.
• Deliver essential community water services.
