Job summary

Citycare Water in New Plymouth is seeking an experienced Water Serviceperson to repair and maintain local water reticulation networks. You will join supportive small teams delivering essential services to the community, with on-call duties and a strong health & safety focus.

The role requires 4+ years in the industry, a full Class 1 licence with manual capability, and a willingness to work on-call. Class 2 and WTR are advantageous, and a NZ Certificate in Infrastructure Works Level 3 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Health & Safety focused.
• Willing to participate in the on-call roster.
• Full class 1 licence and ability to drive manual.
• Class 2 licence and WTR would be ideal.
• NZ Certificate in Infrastructure Works Level 3 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining water reticulation networks across New Plymouth.
• Work in small teams completing reinstatement works and infrastructure upgrades.
• Deliver essential water services to the community.
