Placements24 is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to remotely supervise and guide the warehouse operations serving the Queenstown area. You will oversee daily tasks, ensure efficient workflows, uphold safety standards, and act as the primary point of contact for the on-site team from a distance.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in warehouse settings, strong communication, problem-solving, and a solid understanding of inventory management and WMS.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Warehouse Team Lead, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.
• Ability to lead remote or hybrid teams effectively.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using WMS and remote collaboration tools.
