Our client, a growing entity in the Logistics & Warehousing industry, is seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Team Lead to join their facility in Queenstown, Eastern Cape . Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates in daily operations within Queenstown, Eastern Cape . Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure that team members adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines. Oversee the receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping processes. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory by conducting regular checks and assisting with stock counts. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse. Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager with operational planning and problem-solving. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed. Report on team performance and operational issues to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or Logistics & Warehousing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Good understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to warehouse operations. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
