Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate receiving, storage and dispatch, and drive safety and efficiency across the site.

Strong leadership and a solid grasp of WMS and inventory management are essential for success. You will mentor staff, optimize space, and collaborate with other departments to maintain high productivity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse supervisor/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to base in or commute to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Ensure efficient receiving, storing and dispatching of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks.
