Job summary

J. A. Russell Ltd is seeking a motivated Warehouse Person/Driver to join our Drury Branch. You will manage inward goods, stock, pick and pack orders, operate a forklift, and deliver to customers.

This is a Monday–Friday, 45-hour week with one rostered Saturday per month. We offer subsidised health insurance after a qualifying period and access to employee support services for all family members.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Good physical fitness; heavy lifting may be required.
• A clean Class 1 license is required to drive our delivery van.

Responsibilities

• Process inward goods and stock put-away.
• Pick and pack customer orders for despatch.
• Operate the forklift (training provided if needed).
• Deliveries to customers and collection from suppliers.
• Provide customer service as required.

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Person/Driver to join the friendly team at our Drury Branch

As a Warehouse Person/Driver you will be responsible for:

• Processing inwards goods and putting stock away on shelves.
• Picking and packing customer orders for despatch.
• Operating the forklift (we will put you through a forklift course if necessary).
• Deliveries – delivering goods to customers, picking goods up from suppliers.
• Customer service as required.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (between the hours of 7.30am and 5.00pm)
• One rostered Saturday a month, 8.00am – 12.00pm

What do I need?

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A can-do, positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• A good level of physical fitness, as this is a physical job with some heavy lifting required
• A clean Class 1 license is required to drive our delivery van.
