This is a hands-on position is focused on warehouse flow and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for aWarehouse Operations Supervisorto support the day-to-day facilitation of our warehouse, our people & drivers, while working closely with our sales, and projects teams to ensure every delivery and collection runs smoothly, accurately, and on time!

About the role:

The Warehouse Operations Supervisorrole is crucial to the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse and delivery operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you will lead daily warehouse flow, oversee driver operations, coordinate deliveries and collections, and ensure high levels of accuracy and service across the team.

Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential to success in this role.

Please note: Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role within a customer service, or warehouseoperations environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and facilitate the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and driver team, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.

Coordinate daily deliveries and collections, ensuring service expectations are consistently achieved.

Upload and maintain all deliveries and collections accurately within D-Track delivery software.

Facilitate & respond to delivery and collection requests from both internal teams and external customers.

Oversee project-related deliveries and coordination, working closely with the Projects Coordinator and warehouse team.

Drive accountability across the warehousing team. Ensuring a tidy, well managed environment, picking accuracy and smooth operational performance.

Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Sales Representatives, Drivers, and Warehouse staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Support and lead warehouse staff and drivers to uphold high standards of customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.

Ensure warehouse operations remain organised, efficient, safe, and compliant at all times.

Identify and implement process improvements to improve workflow, delivery performance, and service quality.

Skills and experience requirements:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop, motivate, and lead a team.

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and accuracy issues.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively under pressure.

Confidence using computer systems and delivery management software.

Physical fitness and the ability to assist with warehouse duties as required.

A current forklift licence (OSH) is advantageous.
