Asmuss seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead our Auckland Flow Control distribution centre in Mt Wellington. You will oversee all warehouse functions, embedding digitisation and system discipline to achieve real-time inventory visibility and efficient order fulfilment.

Reporting to the COO, you will guide a high-performing team, optimise workflows, and ensure safety, quality and customer service excellence across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience leading a large/complex warehouse/DC operations.
• Experience with warehouse digitisation and scanning systems.
• Proven track record in high-volume order throughput and accuracy.
• Knowledge of WMS, inventory controls, cycle counting and stock accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure health and safety requirements are followed.
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet service, productivity, and quality targets.
• Champion warehouse digitisation and use of barcoding & scanning systems across all processes.
• Maintain high scanning compliance, transaction accuracy and inventory traceability.
• Plan labour and priorities to manage order peaks and changing demand.
• Develop an engaged, accountable team trained on systems and standard processes.
• Monitor performance and use data to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
