Job summary

Tridon New Zealand leads Auckland and Christchurch warehouse operations, requiring a hands-on manager who will work alongside the team when needed, including picking and packing, checking shipments and resolving day-to-day issues.

The role focuses on driving stock accuracy, warehouse performance and customer service excellence across both sites in Mt Wellington, Auckland, with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' proven warehouse management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A genuine commitment to customer service.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Experience with stock management and inventory control.
• WMS & RF scanning experience; familiarity with Manhattan SCALE would be an advantage.
• The ability to work autonomously and use initiative.

Job description

This is a key management position within Tridon NZ. You will lead warehouse teams, maintain high standards of stock accuracy and warehouse performance, and ensure customers receive the high level of service that Tridon prides itself on. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead by example and be comfortable working alongside the team when required, including picking and packing, checking shipments, stock control and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
