Job summary

Tridon New Zealand leads Auckland and Christchurch warehouse operations, requiring a hands-on manager who will work alongside the team when needed, including picking and packing, checking shipments and resolving day-to-day issues.

The role focuses on driving stock accuracy, warehouse performance and customer service excellence across both sites in Mt Wellington, Auckland, with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' proven warehouse management and leadership experience.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A genuine commitment to customer service.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Experience with stock management and inventory control.
• WMS & RF scanning experience; familiarity with Manhattan SCALE would be an advantage.
• The ability to work autonomously and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Overal1 management of the Auckland and Christchurch warehouse operations.
• Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team.
• Ensuring efficient and accurate picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintaining excellent stock accuracy and inventory control.
• Checking incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitoring warehouse productivity and performance.
• Ensuring warehouse procedures and health and safety requirements are maintained.
• Working closely with sales, customer service and other areas of the business.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to warehouse efficiency and processes.
• Managing day-to-day operational issues and providing practical solutions.
