Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager for an Auckland-based operation. You will direct receipt to dispatch, ensure exact inventory and lead a team.

Responsibilities include planning outbound distribution, coordinating 3PL, and maintaining ERP data integrity while driving continuous improvement. Must have 5-6 years in warehouse management and experience supervising 20+ staff.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma.
• 5-6 years minimum experience in warehouse management.
• Proven experience managing over 20 direct reports.
• Experience managing high-value finished goods inventory.

Responsibilities

• Directing the receipt of finished product from production through to put away, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Owning finished goods and service item inventory accuracy, security and valuation integrity, including cycle counting and wall-to-wall stock counts.
• Reconciling production declarations against warehouse receipts and resolving variances to root cause.
• Planning outbound distribution, managing third-party transporters and clearing agents, and driving on-time, in-full delivery performance.
• Leading, developing and managing the performance of a warehouse and logistics team of 20 or more employees.
• Discharging the duties of a manager under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 in the area of responsibility.
• Managing the departmental budget and reporting monthly on inventory, delivery and safety performance.
• Maintaining ERP data integrity and driving continuous improvement in warehouse layout, process flow and documentation.
