Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction is essential.
• Strong experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Able to read and interpret plans and technical documents.
• Excellent communication with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Take full day-to-day responsibility for construction sites and project delivery.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers.
• Plan and manage site programmes, sequencing and daily activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Lead by example and create a professional site environment.
