Cook Brothers Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Southern Lakes team in Wanaka, NZ. You will lead high-value commercial projects, mentor site teams, and collaborate with trade partners to deliver outcomes that align with our safety, quality, and schedule standards.

Qualifications

5+ years' Project Management experience in New Zealand or Australia.

Responsibilities

Strategically plan and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service.
Develop and monitor construction programmes, managing risks proactively.
Drive Health & Safety excellence across all projects.
Lead cost control, budget reporting, and achievement of project KPIs.
Champion quality outcomes and sustainable construction practices.
Ensure adherence to construction methodology, company policies, and relevant codes and legislation.
Provide leadership and guidance to Site Managers and Build Teams, working closely with Quantity Surveyors to support team growth and project success.
