Job summary

You will lead recruitment, training, and scheduling, ensure health and safety compliance, and manage budgets and stock to optimize profitability. The role requires strong leadership and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience OR a Level 5 qualification.
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Plan product range, stock levels and service standards to meet customer needs.
• Establish store policies and food safety procedures for compliance.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
• Prepare budgets, monitor sales, and manage costs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, restocking and supplier coordination.
• Develop pricing strategies to stay competitive and maintain margins.
• Address customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain store appearance and staff presentation to high standards.
• Support marketing and promotions to boost engagement and sales.
• Lead the team with clear objectives and regular feedback.
