• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing new leads and managing full sales pipeline from lead to close.
• Meet high-growth sales targets through product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Maintain relationships post-sale for ongoing satisfaction and onboarding handoff.
• Own territory relationships with agricultural groups.
• Assist in onboarding and deployment of Halter's product.
• Gather customer feedback and share with Support, Product, and R&D.
• Collaborate with Support to resolve issues and ensure customer support.
