Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay organised.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
• Valid NZ driver’s licence.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
• Commitment to working the full vintage period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate harvest teams, bins and truck movements across vineyard blocks.
• Communicate with Viticulture, Weighbridge and Winery Front End teams.
• Collect maturity samples from vineyards.
• Gather, deliver and store maturity samples.
• Support yield assessments and grapevine data collection.
• Enter and check data including weights and intake paperwork.
• Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks and harvest prep.
• Pitch in with additional vineyard tasks as required.
