Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking motivated individuals for the Vintage Weighbridge Operator role at our Marlborough Winery during the harvest season. You will be on the front line, weighing trucks and trailers, validating paperwork, and recording key maturity data to ensure smooth intake and safety.

No prior experience required; reliability and a positive attitude are valued. This fixed-term role spans the busy vintage period with a rotating day/night roster and hands-on experience in a global wine business.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail, accuracy is everything.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Confident using computers and following procedures.
• Flexible, positive attitude and commitment for full vintage period.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weighing trucks and trailers in and out of the winery.
• Checking paperwork and ensuring documentation is complete.
• Collecting maturity samples and recording key information.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Communicating with infield harvest teams and winery coordinators.
• Assisting with additional harvest preparation or vineyard tasks.
