Job summary

Vinarchy group. is seeking a highly organized Vintage Planning Coordinator for Marlborough through the summer peak and into the 2027 harvest. You will oversee vineyard, logistics and winery operations, coordinating complex workflows and keeping systems aligned.

In October–April you will schedule work orders, manage data and support intake planning. As harvest ramps up, you’ll lead planning, scheduling and communications across teams to prevent bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Professional background in administration, operations or winery logistics.
• High computer literacy (Office 365, strong Excel skills).
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy; fluent English on site.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track vineyard work orders from Oct–Feb.
• Manage data entry, records and workflow tracking.
• Co-ordinate grape intake planning, daily workflow preparation and logistics.
• Support winemakers with intake planning and daily operations.
• Over time, act as Day Shift Weighbridge Supervisor during vintage.
• Maintain clear communication between vineyard crews, winery teams and logistics providers.
