Vinarchy is seeking motivated individuals for the Vintage Weighbridge Operator role at our Marlborough Winery during the harvest season. You will be on the front line, weighing trucks and trailers, validating paperwork, and recording key maturity data to ensure smooth intake and safety.

No prior experience required; reliability and a positive attitude are valued. This fixed-term role spans the busy vintage period with a rotating day/night roster and hands-on experience in a global wine business.

For Vintage 2027, we’re looking for energetic, detail ‑ driven individuals to join our Vintage Weighbridge Team at our Marlborough Winery. This is your chance to be right at the front line of harvest, supporting safe, efficient and accurate fruit intake during the busiest and most exciting time of the year.

About The Role

As a Vintage Weighbridge Operator , you’ll play a key role in harvest preparation and intake. You’ll work closely with infield harvest teams and winery front ‑ end operations to ensure trucks, trailers and fruit deliveries are processed smoothly and safely.

This fixed ‑ term role for the vintage period during harvest working on a rotating day/night roster.
