Job summary

Summerset is seeking a Receptionist for our Hamilton village to join a team delivering a safe, healthy and enjoyable lifestyle for residents. The role sits at the frontline, welcoming residents, families and visitors and supporting village and care-centre administration with accuracy and initiative.

This permanent part-time position follows a roster: Monday and Tuesday 9.00am–4.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 9.00am–3.00pm, reflecting the needs of the village community.

Qualifications

• Customer service superstar with a strong administration background.
• Proven ability to provide administrative support to a management team.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and time management.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely administration, management support and document control to both the Village and Care Centre.
• Superb customer service at reception for our customers, the village management team and staff.
