What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As Value Stream Lead - Value, Viability & Growth, you will define and deliver the roadmap that strengthens customer and member value, drives commercial performance, and supports sustainable growth across the AA. Working across the organisation, you will align teams around shared outcomes, prioritise initiatives and investment, and ensure resources are focused on the opportunities that create the greatest impact. This is a highly influential leadership role where you will connect strategy and execution, foster cross-functional collaboration, optimise products, propositions and customer journeys, and ensure the AA remains focused on delivering meaningful value for Members, customers and the business.

About You | Mōu

We're looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded leader with a proven ability to bring people, priorities and delivery together to achieve complex business outcomes. You'll have experience leading cross-functional initiatives in areas such as commercial performance, product, strategy, transformation or portfolio delivery, with a strong track record of influencing stakeholders, prioritising competing demands and turning insight into action. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving change without direct authority, you'll combine strong commercial judgement, customer focus and analytical thinking with the ability to build trusted relationships and create alignment across diverse teams to deliver measurable value and growth.
