Working across the organisation, you will align teams around shared outcomes, prioritise initiatives and investment, and ensure resources are focused on the opportunities that create the greatest impact. This is a highly influential leadership role where you will connect strategy and execution, foster cross-functional collaboration, optimise products, propositions and customer journeys, and ensure the AA remains focused on delivering meaningful value for Members, customers and the business.**About You | Mōu**We're looking for a commercially astute and strategically minded leader with a proven ability to bring people, priorities and delivery together to achieve complex business outcomes. You'll have experience leading cross-functional initiatives in areas such as commercial performance, product, strategy, transformation or portfolio delivery, with a strong track record of influencing stakeholders, prioritising competing demands and turning insight into action.
