As a Customer Service Consultant in our Glen Innes Vehicle Testing Centre, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Members and customers, creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll support a range of vehicle and driver-related transactions while helping customers access the products and services that best meet their needs.
This is a customer-facing role where attention to detail, accuracy and a genuine desire to help people are key. You'll work closely with Vehicle Testing Officers and the wider team to ensure every customer interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.
This role works Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, plus alternate Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:30pm.
