Job summary

AA Auckland is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to be the first point of contact for Members and customers at our Vehicle Testing Centre. You'll handle a range of transactions, greet visitors, and ensure a welcoming, accurate experience.

Working Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm with alternate Saturdays, you’ll have opportunities to promote AA products, resolve issues, and contribute to a safe, collaborative team. A background in customer service and basic computer skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or sales, preferably automotive.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.

Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll support a range of vehicle and driver-related transactions while helping customers access the products and services that best meet their needs.This is a customer-facing role where attention to detail, accuracy and a genuine desire to help people are key.
