Job summary

Armstrong’s Nissan & Dongfeng Lower Hutt is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to own the Used Car Department from start to finish. You’ll lead stock, pricing and recon, drive sales performance and set high standards across the team.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth opportunities within Armstrong’s Group, a chance to shape sales strategy, grow market share and deliver strong commercial results with support from regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales leadership experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
• A natural leader who can coach, motivate and lift team performance.
• Proactive, driven and confident in making decisions.
• Strong understanding of dealership sales operations and processes.
• A hands-on approach with the ambition to grow the business.
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence.
