Qualificações

• Degree in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication skills to influence clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn product portfolio and become technically proficient.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive, positive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Desirable: operating theatre experience or medical device industry familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality clinical service and case support to customers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, registrars, theatre staff, CSSD teams and other stakeholders.
• Drive appropriate utilisation of Zimmer Biomet solutions by ensuring correct product availability for patients.
• Lead nurse, registrar and surgeon engagement through case management and in-service training.
• Ensure timely return and tracking of instrument sets post-procedure.
• Develop surgeon-specific surgical technique and workflow documentation.
• Provide case support outside defined territory when required.
• Support the Sales team in executing the Sales Plan and achieving annual targets.
