Job summary

Zimmer Biomet is seeking an Upper Extremities Clinical Support Representative for Wellington and the lower North Island. You will support surgeons and theatre teams with clinical service and case support, building strong relationships with clinicians and staff.

The role involves ensuring the correct Zimmer Biomet solutions are used for patients and delivering in-service training. Ideal candidates have orthopaedic or medical device clinical support background or allied health experience with

Qualifications

• Degree in Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Science, Business or related discipline.
• Strong communication and ability to influence clinical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn complex clinical and technical information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical service and case support to customers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, registrars, nurses, theatre staff and CSSD.
• Ensure the right Zimmer Biomet product is used for each patient.
• Lead in-service training and product education for staff.
• Support sales objectives and contribute to the Sales Plan.
• Frequent travel within the territory (up to 90%).
