Job summary

Inspired Education Group's Early Learning School in Auckland seeks an experienced Centre Manager to provide strategic, operational and educational leadership, ensuring exceptional education and care in a safe, inclusive environment.

You will drive enrolment and occupancy targets, lead curriculum delivery aligned with Te Whāriki and Reggio Emilia, and build strong partnerships with families and the community while ensuring compliance, budgeting, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in early childhood education or related setting.
• Ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Child-centred and passionate about early childhood education.
• Strong relationship builder with families, whānau and community.
• Commercially aware with enrolment growth, occupancy targets and operations.
• Highly organised and accountable.
• Resilient, adaptable, solutions-focused.
• Exceptional communicator with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure effective management and success of the Centre.

• Foster safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments supporting child wellbeing.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team with staff development.
• Build strong relationships with families, whānau, and the wider community.
• Ensure licensing, regulatory, and organisational compliance.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resources.
