Remotetravelcareers is seeking a dedicated remote Trip Planner to help customers organize and manage their travel plans from home. You will create and update trip schedules, assist with reservations, and provide friendly guidance to ensure stress-free travel.

Responsibilities include booking flights, hotels, and transportation; answering questions by phone, email, or chat; updating reservations for accuracy; and supporting daily travel service tasks with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and online booking systems.
• Friendly, helpful, and patient with customers.
