Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an eCommerce Content Coordinator to join a busy marketing team in the travel sector. You will manage day-to-day digital content, coordinate campaigns, and ensure content is accurate, on-brand and published across websites, social media and EDMs.

The role combines hands-on content delivery with campaign support, requiring strong writing, detail orientation and collaboration with internal stakeholders to hit deadlines and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience across eCommerce, digital content & marketing.
• Experience managing or publishing content across social media channels.
• Hands-on experience creating and delivering EDMs/email marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Strong written communication and content editing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with translated or localised content would be beneficial.
• Experience in travel/eCommerce or consumer-focused environments advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Creating, uploading, editing and maintaining website content.
• Leading the day-to-day management of the brand’s New Zealand social media channels, including content coordination and publishing.
• Creating and coordinating EDM and email marketing content.
• Supporting the delivery of digital campaigns, product launches and promotional activity.
• Coordinating content updates across multiple digital channels.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns and content are delivered accurately and on time.
• Ensuring all content is consistent, accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
