We're looking for a creative, driven, and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help grow a portfolio of hospitality, nightlife, events, and entertainment brands. This is a hands-on, varied role where you will work closely with our Marketing Director to build and execute campaigns, grow audiences, drive ticket sales, increase venue visitation, and continually improve the quality of our brands and online presence. You will be involved across the full marketing mix - from social media, paid advertising, and content creation, through to website analysis, email marketing, campaign reporting, and event promotions.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple hospitality, nightlife, events and entertainment brands
Create engaging content for social media, websites, digital advertising and other marketing channels
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms
Organise and coordinate photo and video shoots, working with photographers, videographers, and content creators
Assist with website updates, SEO, and ongoing improvements to the customer journey
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide clear, actionable reporting and insights
Assist with managing marketing budgets and ensuring spend is delivering strong returns
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to grow audiences and revenue
Work closely with venue teams, promoters, suppliers, sponsors, media partners and external agencies
Support the planning and execution of major events, promotions and seasonal campaigns
3+ years' experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Strong knowledge of paid advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing and digital analytics
A good understanding of how to turn marketing activity into measurable commercial results
Strong organisational, communication and project management skills
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
A proactive attitude and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
An interest in hospitality, nightlife, events, entertainment and popular culture
Confidence using AI tools to improve efficiency, generate ideas, create content and enhance marketing performance
Design and content creation experience, particularly with software such as Photoshop, InDesign, CapCut or similar
Comfortable creating and editing social media graphics, advertising assets, and other marketing collateral
