Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking an Ecommerce Merchandising Co-Ordinator to join our team at the Manukau Head Office. You will be responsible for merchandising electrical categories, collaborating with internal teams for content and launches, and using analytics to drive sales.

We value a proactive, data-driven mindset with willingness to learn; prior ecommerce experience is beneficial and Shopify knowledge is a plus. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Proactive, detail-oriented with a passion for ecommerce.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Shopify would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Publish and manage product content on the site.
• Optimise product categories to increase conversion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage site content for new launches and support content like selectors and guides.
• Use analytics tools to identify issues and opportunities and report on sales.
