Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking a Management Consulting professional to help lead the delivery of projects across public and private sectors. You will work with clients to understand needs, shape practical solutions, and guide project teams through complexity while coaching colleagues to grow their skills.

You will partner with clients on-site when required, bring a continuous improvement mindset, and apply strong business knowledge to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients to understand requirements, deliver outcomes and support complex projects.
• The ability to provide specialist expertise as part of a project team, including working with clients on-site when required.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in simplifying, streamlining and improving ways of working.
• Sound business knowledge and curiosity, with a desire to keep developing your career in consulting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence presenting complex information and recommendations clearly and thoughtfully.
• Commercial curiosity and an interest in how organisations create value.

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Partnering with clients to understand their business, challenges and goals.
• Designing and delivering solutions across areas such as strategy, operating model design, workforce strategy, organisational change and transformation.
• Coaching and supporting team members, including reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, while growing your industry knowledge and professional network.
