Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking an experienced professional at management level in Transformation Design & Delivery to shape and lead enterprise transformation workstreams. You will collaborate with PwC and client teams, shaping strategies, roadmaps, operating models and business cases across complex programmes.

Role options range from Analyst to Manager, with opportunities for senior stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery across agile, waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

As our Transformation Design & Delivery capability grows, we’re inviting expressions of interest from Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers who want to deliver meaningful strategy, design and transformation projects, helping organisations to turn ambition into lasting outcomes.

About the role

Our Transformation Design & Delivery team help clients shape and deliver complex enterprise transformation. We work across analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation, governance and delivery to turn ambition into sustainable outcomes. Depending on your experience, you’ll support or lead significant pieces of work, engaging senior stakeholders and collaborating across multidisciplinary PwC and client teams.

Your day-to-day could include:

• Shaping transformation strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and business cases.
• Undertaking business analysis, redesigning business processes and supporting change management to embed new ways of working.
• Mobilising and delivering programmes through PMO, Transformation Office, portfolio, governance and assurance roles.
• Managing plans, risks, dependencies, benefits, commercial matters, and executive reporting.
• Supporting implementation across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Engaging senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

Skills you will bring or develop in this role

Analyst: Early experience supporting complex transformation programmes. You’ll bring structured problem-solving, clear communication and the ability to contribute across analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation, governance or delivery.

Senior Analyst: Experience owning work, solving delivery challenges and engaging clients across significant, multi-workstream programmes, with capability across areas such as analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation, governance or delivery.

Manager: Experience leading major workstreams, programmes and teams, building trusted senior relationships and shaping commercially focused approaches across analysis, strategy, process transformation, change management, mobilisation, governance or delivery.
