Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking Analysts, Senior Analysts and Managers to deliver meaningful strategy, design and transformation projects. You will work with clients on shaping strategies, roadmaps, operating models and business cases, engaging senior stakeholders and cross-disciplinary PwC teams.

Responsibilities include analyses, process redesigns, change management and mobilisation of programmes across hybrid or structured delivery approaches. The role welcomes varied backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

• Structured problem-solving and clear communication.
• Ability to contribute across analysis, strategy and delivery.
• Experience in transformation, change management or delivery preferred.
• Open to different backgrounds and levels; potential matters.

Responsibilities

• Shaping transformation strategies, roadmaps and operating models.
• Undertaking business analysis and redesigning processes with change management.
• Mobilising and delivering programmes through PMO and governance roles.
• Managing plans, risks, dependencies, benefits and executive reporting.
• Engaging senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams across PwC and client sides.
