Zusammenfassung

Qube Ports NZ is seeking a Training Administrator to join our HSTEQ team in Mount Maunganui. You will coordinate weekly training schedules, conduct inductions, maintain training records, and support compliance reporting across the NZ ports network.

Working closely with managers, trainers and the National Labour Centre, you will ensure training data is accurate, up-to-date and compliant while providing excellent service to staff and external training providers.

Qualifikationen

• Previous administration experience.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience maintaining databases and electronic records.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate weekly training schedules with managers and trainers.
• Conduct new starter inductions.
• Maintain training records, licenses, and expiry dates; manage training inbox and enquiries.
• Assist with external training bookings and communications.
• Monitor training compliance and reporting requirements.
• Update and maintain training databases and applications.
• Assist with training audits, documentation, and reporting.
