BH Worldwide in Mangere, Auckland is seeking a Trainee Operations Coordinator to support aerospace logistics and day-to-day distribution centre operations. This full-time role offers hands-on learning with experienced professionals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will assist with shipment coordination, inventory records, order processing, and compliance with aerospace standards while developing essential skills in documentation, data entry, and customer liaison.

Qualifications

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent with literacy and numeracy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good written and spoken communication; able to follow procedures precisely.

About the role We are seeking a Trainee Operations Coordinator - Aerospace Logistics to join our dynamic team at our Mangere, Auckland facility. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in logistics and aerospace operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in aerospace logistics coordination whilst supporting the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and helping maintain our reputation for excellence in the aerospace sector.

What you'll be doing

Prior experience in warehousing, logistics or a related field would be advantageous
