Job summary

Bapcor Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist for its Trade Division in New Zealand. You will proactively hunt new business, deepen relationships with key accounts, and leverage industry data to outperform competitors.

This role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and a hands-on, results-driven approach. You will operate on the front line to build our brands and drive growth across the Canterbury region, including Timaru, collaborating with branches and category managers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or trade sales.
• Several years experience in a sales role.
• Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management.
• Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills.
• A natural hunter mindset; persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive.
